hotel is located in the cetre close to subway & Bund. The staff is very professional and helped me a lot in the arrangement of my 2 days in Shanghai. Rooms very beatiful and all was ok

The staff are really friendly and happy to book taxis when ever you like however they speak little English, so I recommend google translate at hand. The bed was really comfortable and the bath robes and towels were good quality.

The staff there was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Lucas from front office.. he was amazing guy he was talking English very well, he helped me to download all necessary mobile applications in China and to solve my VPN issues.. Also the location of the hotel was good and there was supermarket near to the hotel.

We were upgraded to the 15th floor with a bathtub that looked over the skyline of Shanghai incredible! Room was much larger than I expected and quite comfortable. The breakfast area contains a beautiful terrace where you can also get a great view of the skyline.

The location was great. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Service was good and staff seamed friendly and helpful. They helped us book for restaurants and other attractions which was perfect, considering most websites are in Chinese only. The food buffet was outstanding with so many varieties of food, and it all tasted great.
